about the event

2018 has been a big year in podcasts, 4% of the US population listens to them and Apple has surpassed 50 billion all-time episode downloads and streams. Now Hollywood is looking at this medium, especially audio dramas, as a source material for film/TV. For example, shows like Amazon's LORE and the upcoming HOMECOMING starring Juliet Roberts and created by Sam Esmail (MR. ROBOT).

A panel of podcasters, executives, and producers will discuss storytelling with audio and the art of adaptation. Join moderator Peter Katz as he welcomes three knowledgeable panelists in an open discussion about creating dramatic audio stories.

Stay for a tour of WeWork's latest amenity coming soon to the Constellation building.
